Refund policy

No refunds can be given once the stone has begun production. Please email if you need to cancel your order. Every stone is handmade and shipped directly from the artist and produced once purchased. With that said, each item will have some variation in color due to each one being made independently. Nothing is mass produced and refunds will not be given once item is received unless there is a serious defect. Shipping issues can arise from mishandling and each claim will be handled personally by the artist
